Davide Quadrio is a China based producer and curator. He founded and directed for a decade the first not-for-profit independent creative lab in Shanghai, BizArt Center, as a platform to foster the local contemporary art scene. In 2007 Quadrio created Arthub, a production and curatorial proxy active in Asia and worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With BizArt and its team, and now\nwith Arthub, Quadrio has organized hundreds of exhibitions,\neducational activities and exchanges in China and abroad, developing\nrelationships with local and foreign institutions worldwide. For the relevance\nof his work, his organizations were featured in the recent exhibition \u201cChina\nafter 1989: Theater of the World\u201d dedicated to the last thirty years\nof contemporary art in China at the Guggenheim Museum in New York and Porto.\nAmong the most recent project, Visions in the making, Italian Cultural Center,\nNew Delhi and Zhang Enli solo presentation at Galleria Borghese, Rome. As\nproducer the most recent commissions are World Record, Paola Pivi, Maxxi, Rome,\nBass Museum LA; Tomas Saraceno, \u201c<\/em>Algor(h)i(y)thm\u201d, Palais Tokyo, Paris and currently working for\nGwangju Biennale, Korea on several performative projects.
