Devin Wangert is a PhD candidate at Harvard University. Wangert’s current work develops a theory of labour through the shared periphery of political economy, philosophy of technology, and media studies. His forthcoming project on automation and its relation to human labour is titled Suspended Declension. He is author of Dead Time: Intolerable Images and the Politics of Banality (Montreal: Centre for Expanded Poetics, 2018).
